Located just one lot back from the ocean, there is a walking path from the home that leads to a shared boardwalk to the beach. Enter the first floor from the covered carport with space for two vehicles, basketball hoop and room for storing beach items. Inside you will find a game room with an elegant pool table, wet bar with mini-fridge, TV/DVD/sound system, sleeper chair, plenty of seating and a full bath that also has access from the deck for quick trips in from the hot tub or pool. The office with desk offers a respite for catching up with remote work or the latest best seller. From the game room step onto the screened deck with sunken hot tub that is shuttered for privacy. From there, descend the stairs to the private pool area. The pool is surrounded by ample loungers, tables and chairs, with two enclosed outdoor showers and a gas grill nearby. There is also access to the pool from the large slider in the game room, opening onto a covered deck that wraps around to the side of the house. A convenient half bath is provided nearby. There is a large slider that leads to the top-level covered deck with gorgeous ocean view and rocking chairs to sit back and reflect on the day's events. A second slider leads from the dining area to a covered deck with sound view and table and chairs perfectly situated for breakfast coffee. The open kitchen facilitates easy meal-prep with tile countertops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating. Two mini-fridges free up space in the main refrigerator for storing beverages.
