OCEANVIEW Salvo - East Dory Road There’s nothing quite like finding the perfect beach house for your vacation that will welcome you back year after year. This home is outfitted with every amenity and offers deeded access to a great kiteboarding, windsurfing and kayaking spot on the sound. Plus the ocean is just a short walk from the home with a beautiful sandy beach.
The upstairs level of the home has an open concept floor plan which includes a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining room table plus a smaller separate table for games and puzzles, and a cozy living area with a smart TV/DVD player and a home theater system. A large queen bedroom with shared bath is just off the kitchen with a TV/DVD player and a Jacuzzi tub. Right off the kitchen is a screened-in porch with plenty of seating to relax. From the living area there is a sliding door leading to the sun deck which offers ocean and sound views.
The middle level offers three nice bedrooms, each with its own smart TV/DVD player. There are one and a half baths on this level. The lower level is a furnished game room with pool table and flat screen smart TV/DVD. There is a washer and dryer on this level as well. The concrete driveway leads to a carport, fish cleaning table and two outdoor showers for rinsing off after a relaxing day at the beach.
