SEMI-OCEANFRONT Avon- Kinnakeet Shores SUMMER SURFER provides an expansive living area and with its location just one lot back from the ocean, summer surfing is closer than ever. The family will enjoy the second-level great room (featuring a master suite with Jacuzzi for two, and convenient half bath. Plan to enjoy many a meal in the dining area or the breakfast nook, fresh from the kitchen (complete with two dishwashers). Plan to visit SUMMER SURFER and catch a wave this year.

What's new

New for 2024: This year brings exciting updates! Three of the home's five bedrooms are being updated. The first level queen master that offers deck access will now be a king master bedroom. Also on the first level, the single bedroom is being converted to a queen and the bunkroom will now feature two single beds. New carpeting and mattresses will be added to all the updated bedrooms.
New for 2023: New kitchen refrigerator. New mattresses in both queen bedrooms. New dining table in the screened-in porch.
